The Red Party aims to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS and other health issues affecting over a billion people globally. The Red Party is a national initiative of the AMSA Global Health Network – a network of global health groups around Australian medical schools. The project was first initiated by UWA and since caught on with parties taking place across Australia.

Where does the money go?
The money raised from this event will go to two HIV-related Cambodian charities:
Damnok Toek and the Anti-Retroviral Users Charity.
Why Red?
Red is the international symbol of HIV/AIDS; a disease that causes immense suffering throughout the developing world. So wear your best red!
